Wondering what to do with that carved pumpkin after Halloween? Don't throw it out in the trash...recycle your pumpkin here at USM! Bring your carved (no seeds please) pumpkin to school and drop it off in the barrels located in the main circle. We will recycle that pumpkin and create usable compost for “Karen’s Garden”. The compost will help sustain our gardens and grow our tomatoes/vegetables next year when we plant. Barrels will be placed in the circle for collecting the pumpkins during drop off and pick up on Monday, November 5th and Tuesday, November 6th only.
